Dilana – Rockstar Supernova
She has a voice that would suit the sound of the band, and she has a personality of her own. She made it sound like the original, bringing her own flavor to it. Just her standing still singing was riveting itself.

Dilana is too good for their band. It would almost be a disservice for her to win. Instead of being stuck with a bunch of old guys, who will no doubt try to make her fit them, she should grab the house band and do her own thing.
At this point her success is guaranteed no matter what. I’d just like to see her continue to rely on her own creativity.

Dilana is a super star rocker. She deserves to be at the top of this business as she brings originality to her performances and she can sing. Rock Star – SuperNova has given Dilana the audience she needed to lanch her career to the top regardless of winning this gig or not. I think Dilana and the Canadian – Lukas (may not be correct name) are the only two possible choices to win this thing, but I really like what Dilana brings to the table. She’s captivating to watch and has a great future going forward. She really is going make any band she plays with, a true super rock star and I think now has already made it.

Dilana is amazing, she is the only reason I watch the show. This far in the contest, I think her biggest threat is herself. I was dissapointed with the negative comments she made about Lukas and the the other contestants in an interview which were not overlooked on tonight’s show as she was put on the spot and asked why she would say such things. She responded by saying ,” I’m too honest, I can’t lie”, which is something I can respect; however, speaking negatively about them probably win her any fans and there is alot to be said for modesty. She’s way to good of a performer to have to do that.

I have to be honest, when I first heard her? I thought, “Concrete Blonde meets Marianne Faithful”…
I absolutely LOVE listening to Dilana sing… I can’t say I feel the resonance as much with the other contestants, perhaps Ryan & the IceMan…
But definitely Dilana…

Dilana is by far the best singer this season . It appears as if the producers are zeroing in on her tryong to make her look bad . I hope at this point she does not get the Supernova gig , she could do better on her own . I would buy her album in a second . The only reason my wife and I watch the show is because of her. Good luck Dilana and go kick some ass .

I loved Dilana’s style from the beginning of Rockstar Supernova. She is extremely unique! She SHOULD be Supernova’s choice, but I doubt they will choose her. Seems like they are setting her up now to lose. She would be great sounding on a CD and would pay to see her perform anyday! I still think they are going to choose Toby.
Lucas is a dark, creepy dude and Magni doesn’t have the stuff.

Dilana is definately the best performer / singer on Rockstar. The show has set her up to fail and I think it’s ridiculous. Lukus as the “rumored” winner will stop my hopes of buying and Supernova music in the future. Dilana is Supernova’s only hope of making the band work. She’s awesome and deserves only the best and is better off on her own after the way this show has portrayed her true abilities.

Ditto to the comment that lucas is dark and creepy, I hope Supernova won’t be to shocked the day Lucas snaps a vocal cord from straining that wretched voice of his. Dilana looked upset when she lost, but I think we’ll be hearing much more from her then we ever will from Super…..who?

Supernova made a bad choice with Lukas, they should have chosen Dilana. She was consistent throughout the competition and would take them further than Lukas. This time next year Supernova will have probably dissolved. I hope Dilana goes strong. I will definately buy her album.

I can’t get Dilana’s version of Zombie out of my head ….for all the craziness in the world these days, her version truly reflect the frustration I feel. I wish her great contentment and health in her amazing career. She’s in our heads now.

I got to see Dilana at the Thirsty Toad in Ottawa.. at the afternoon show and was soooooo pissed not to have gotten after party tickets. I am also South African and I guess that even if she had been really bad, I would have still felt this overwhelming loyalty toward her.. but she was really wonderful! Next time Dilana.. I will wave the flag!

Dilana is the best thing that came out of rockstar. I mean Lukas is great and he more suits Supernova but Dilana? She stands alone. Untouchable. She’s crazy. Every week I taped it just to be able to play her again and again. So many times she surpassed expectations. I’m not too sure about the song she wrote. I think she might need a little more coaching in that area but her voice is so unique and she is such an entrancing performer who really cares what she sings as long as she is the one singing it? Love you Dilana! We all know we will be seeing you in the future. You won’t disappear like Clay, Rubin or those others. Keep kicking ass. We love you
